This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which students may cancel their enrollment and request a refund.
1. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing at least 15 days before the start of the counselling. Cancellations made within this period will be processed as per the terms outlined below.
2. Refund policy
Regarding refund of fee in the event of shifting/migration of students from one Institution of another Institution in upgraded quota , it will be refunded/adjusted in all Govt. and private Institutions, provided such shifting/migration takes place within the stipulated last date of admission.
In the event of a candidate leaving the course after the cut-off date of admission or mid-session, the fee deposited by her will be forfeited. So far as the refund of security is concerned, the same will be refunded after completion of the course only if deposited. Hostel fee will not be refunded if she stays in hostel
Fee will be Refunded if students who are shifted/migrated from their college to some other colleges after ensuring that the student has deposited the fee in the admitted institute
Prospectus, books and uniform charges will not be refunded if purchased or ordered
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, at the discretion of the administration.
